Circulation Gone to Hell

My skin isn't getting any air. It's been bad since I've smoked, but now it's ridiculousy. There are stupid things I put up with all the time. I shouldn't have a suffocating body on top of it. In fact I'm sure the suffocation of my skin began when the docs diagnosed me with mental illness. How convenient?!
