But, Sissy Squats have far ranging benefits... first, you're working muscles that can do a lot of reps so it should be a winning proposition... also, your abdominal and buttocks will be helped... also, it's a great example of lifting for cardio because you can do a lot of Sissy Squats and break a sweat...
