Numbness from Medicine

I can't say there is a definite link here. But I think that my anti-psychotic medicine is meant to numb the nervous system and to get a more desirable outcome in thoughts. The problem with this is that I'm not very sharp to begin with, so it's like putting a muffler on a Geo. And the real problem with this is that physical touch is perceived poorly and the resulting depression is the exact opposite of the desired effect for this medicine.

Now, I'm no Psychiatrist but I have a college degree and a pocket full of common sense. Lapping these medicines for the sake of what is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. I've got lingering effects from the undesirable medical treatment I've been subjected to. Now, my medicine list is changing because the doc wants to see change despite my arduous injunction.

I have a long history of fighting and I'll continue to fight for what's good and true despite what I'm subjected to.
