Back to the booze...to drink or not to drink...

 The first issue can be addressed through smart consumption, taking Sunday's off, drinking Friday's and Saturday's, drinking in moderation...and a big part of it is simply not worrying about it because when done in moderation the effects are minimal... Sometimes it's hard to gauge moderation but we'll talk about that in the next paragraph...

So over drinking or getting drunk... It's very easy to drink 2 tall beers and have had too much, and I'm a big guy... so it's a little tricky but you gotta have, or at least I gotta have very low limits....That leads to the next paragraph...

Calories, I don't see a good answer for this one except to say that I'd rather live a little than be perfect...
