Why does everybody react in life and in business?

Once upon a time, humanity had great foresight, our plans stretched out years ahead and generations ahead, the work we did was an actualization of our dreams. Fast forward to today and everything, each sale, each conversation, each decision, is a reaction. When did we lose our foresight and begin reacting? Is it when we really started trying? Is it when we had enough with the problems we were encountering? Is it when greed kicked in? Either way, it's when we lost the driving force of our resolve and began compromising. But what's wrong with planning and beginning with the end in mind? Is it simply a strength that has been lost through disuse? I'm not sure why we're losing it, but it's clear that as time goes on we are reacting more than we're being creative.

Creative living is as simple as being whole while building something of value. But we have put creativity on the back burner and replaced it with the fear of creativity. Through abuse, and neglect, and reaction, we have taken a good thing and turned it into a shadow of itself.
